Vital for rural and remote area travel, ARB bull bars will provide substantially improved protection for vulnerable mechanical components against animal strikes whilst providing a solid base for mounting other accessories like driving lights, winches and CB antennas.
ARB bars are superbly engineered and manufactured to not only maintain maximum functionality, but also to ensure they complement the look of the vehicle.
The Summit bull bar builds on the renowned ARB Deluxe bull bar architecture, and integrates a fresh and contemporary design language to complement modern vehicles.
Available for Everest models, Summit bars are winch compatible and provide next generation protection and styling for your vehicle. Laser cut holes for mounting ARB Intensity LED, IPF and Bushranger driving lights are integrated into the top pan of the bar, while ARB’s LED indicator and clearance light assembly is included as standard.
Supplied in a durable black satin powdercoat finish, colour coding is available as an option for a fully integrated look.

With a more low profile design, the Everest Sahara bar provides an alternative look to the range of Deluxe bull bars, whilst retaining many of the strength and protection features.
Offering significantly greater protection than the factory bumper, the Sahara bar is available with or without the polished centre tube, can accommodate a selection of Warn, Magnum and Bushranger low mount winches and is designed to suit Everest models with factory flares.
The new bar also includes provision for original equipment front parking sensors as standard. Blanking plugs are included for those vehicles not equipped with OE sensors.
Optional fog lights and colour coding can also be specified.

The Alloy bar utilises ARB’s renowned manufacturing processes throughout, ensuring maximum strength and the highest level of aesthetic finish. Press forming further exemplifies this attention to detail, with smooth edges resulting in a bar that integrates with the vehicle flawlessly.
Available for the Ford Everest 2015 +, the Alloy bar is winch compatible and suits a selection of Warn, Magnum, Bushranger and Smittybilt low mount winches. A press formed cover panel completes the bar when a winch is not fitted.

Specifically designed for the Ford Everest as a complete bumper replacement, the latest model of SmartBar’s Vehicle Frontal Protection Systems (VFPS), the StealthBar, blends seamlessly into the vehicle; maintaining the vehicle’s contour lines and aesthetics, accommodating most of the factory accessories and all the while providing unparalleled safety.
Every bumper starts its life as a flat sheet of steel. Individual components are cut to shape using ARB's state of the art, computer aided laser cutters which can cut to a tolerance of just 0.2mm with no heat distortion, resulting in superior surface finishes and accuracy.
Individual components are then folded to make up the sections of the bumper using a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine which ensures maximum accuracy and consistency. Most bumpers utilise ARB's five fold design, with each fold providing additional strength.
ARB Bumpers are made with strong 2.6mm wall thickness tubing. The tube is cut to the desired length and bent with a CNC Eagle internal mandrel bender ensuring consistency, accuracy and an even wall thickness accross all sections.
Once folded, each section is welded utilizing a robot welder. Robot welders are used for straightforward, repetitive welding jobs that require deep penetration, speed and accuracy.
When individual components are complete, the bumper is assebled. All sections including pan, wing, uprights, outer frame and chassis brackets are placed in a jig and tack welded. This is followed by finish welding and grinding for strength and aesthetics. Jigs are assessed regularly to ensure accuracy.
To complete the manufacturing process all ARB bumpers are shot blasted, before entering a 5 stage chemical wash to prepare the surface for maximum powder adhesion. They're then powder coated and oven baked to ensure a rich and durable finish. As well as being an attractive and durable finish, powder coating provides an excellent base for painting if colour coding is required.
